The Eleventh Pan-Commonwealth Forum on Open Learning (PCF11) will provide an opportunity to showcase emerging research on innovative open models that address today’s challenges in open, online and flexible learning to academics, practitioners, government officials and policymakers.
The Commonwealth of Learning, together with the Ministry of Education and Skills Development, Botswana and its implementing agency, Botswana Open University, will host PCF11 from 10 to 12 September 2025 at the Gaborone International Convention Centre at The Grand Palm Resort in Botswana.
We are now accepting abstracts and proposals that will be featured at this event. Submission deadline is 30 January 2025.
The theme for PCF11 is “Innovative Open Education: Fostering Resilient Societies for Sustainable Economic Development.” Presentations will be grouped around four sub-themes with a special focus on emerging technologies for education and training, education for girls and women, and youth.
